General information about online purchases at Hundige Strand Camping
Sales and delivery.This document will give you useful information about our online booking system. It explains how we process your information and how to receive a receipt for your purchase.
PaymentUnless otherwise stated, all prices in the Hundige Strand Camping online booking system are in Danish kroner and include VAT and all applicable taxes. Prices in euros are indicative only. The following debit/credit cards are accepted for the payment of online booking: Dankort, Visa, JCB, Mastercard, Maestrocard and MobilePay. Payment can be made online or physically at the reception with the mentioned payment cards or MobilePay.
Information about online transactions.You can safely pay online through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are generally protected against possible misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no excess in case of misuse of your credit card online. Changing your booking.For any changes to your booking, please write to Hundige Strand Camping at: email@example.com
Shipping and delivery.You will receive a booking confirmation, a contract and a payment confirmation from Hundige Strand Camping stating the details of your purchase are shown after booking and paying for a cabin, a tent, caravan or motorhome etc. The contract can be printed out from the website after completing the booking, but it is also sent by email immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is provided by the buyer. Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Hundige Strand Camping on the day of arrival (and ends upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these dates are stated in the above mentioned contract. The ordered product cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
Cancellation and refunds.You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions: Camping: - If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the full package price will be refunded, minus 350.00 DKK in cancellation fee. - If canceled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be refunded. In this case, the 350.00 DKK cancellation fee does not apply. - For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, there will be no refund. Cabins and rooms: - If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the full package price will be refunded, minus 350.00 DKK in cancellation fee - If cancelled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be refunded. In this case, the 350.00 DKK cancellation fee does not apply. - For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, there will be no refund. The booking is personal and cannot be transferred to another party. If the stay has begun, the booked period is binding. If the stay is interrupted for any reason, there will be no refund in full or in part for the advance payment.
Recording of data.Hundige Strand Camping registers your name, your address, your e-mail address and other information submitted in connection with the purchase in its customer list. This information will not be disclosed. Hundige Strand Camping keeps these data for 5 years. This is done in order for Hundige Strand Camping to comply with bookkeeping and tax laws in Denmark. Hundige Strand Camping uses server side cookies and a secure connection to secure the information you provide on this page. When paying by credit card, registration occurs via a secure server where the information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet. Hundige Strand Camping is subject to pricing errors in online bookings, such that it is always the prices stated on the website that apply.
GDPR information.The above section shows which information is recorded by Hundige Strand Camping. If you want to know which information is recorded in connection with your booking, please contact the campsite by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to know what information is registered in in connection with your Booking.
Complaints.If for some reason you do not receive your contract, which confirms your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can then write to the address or call the telephone number below to contact Hundige Strand Camping. Complaints regarding the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the problem, or should have discovered it, by reading through your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receiving the product (the stay), the right to claim under the Sale of Goods Act sec. 83 par. 1 terminates, unless otherwise agreed. When Hundige Strand Camping receives a complaint about a product, the complaint is processed as soon as possible. Hundige Strand Camping will decide whether the received goods are to be refunded, exchanged or whether to provide a price reduction.
